United States, You should hide your IP address
We have made some changes to our service such that Chinese users be able to access bypass the Great Firewall and solve the DNS spoofing problem. These changes are valid only of premium subscriptions.
1. New IPs have been added for both US and UK servers. Check http://billing.hideipvpn.com/knowledgebase/2/List-of-IP-address.html to see them. What you have to do it to replace the name of the server with the IP when setting up the connection (take a look the tutorials).
2. If you are using OpenVPN make sure you use the proper config. Go to http://billing.hideipvpn.com/downloads.php (it requires login) and download OpenVPN config for China users.
