With firmware version 1.1.3 or later you can easily connect to a VPN connection on an iPhone or iPod touch. This can be setup by following these steps:

1. Go to the Settings > General

2. Then, go to Network > VPN

hideipvpn_iphone2
3. Click on Add VPN Configuration…

4. Select L2TP

Description: HideIPVPN L2TP (you can enter anything you want)

Server: L2TP server IP or hostname (check your package into the client area)

Account: your VPN username

RSA SecurID: OFF

Password: your VPN password

Secret: hideipvpn

Send All Traffic: ON

 

5. Press Save

6. You can now connect to the VPN just select your VPN configuration and turn ON VPN
