During the last days the users that connected to DE1 server experienced low speeds and poor quality service. We appologize for this situation.
After sustained effort in fixing the problem we have found out that the problem was related to the hosting provider. It seems that there were some technical problems in the datacenter were our server was located.
The problem was fixed now and the server is running properly.
In order to maintain the quality of our service we have decided to replace the existing server with a new one from another hosting provider. It will be live in about 2-3 days.
