Holidays Working Hours

Not long to go until the Christmas break! This is just a quick notification of the opening times of our different departments over the period.
The RapidSwitch Accounts, Customer Service and Sales departments will be closed from midday on 24th December and will re-open after the bank holiday Monday, on Tuesday 4th January 2011. During this time you will be able to access all of your normal billing facilities (including viewing invoices, statements and paying bills by credit/debit card) through MyServers but any tickets, emails or telephone calls will not be able to be processed until after 4th January. It may take a little time to get through the backlog upon the teams’ return so we do ask you to bear with us; we promise that any ticket that has been raised will be attended to as soon as possible.
If you would like to place an order between now and 4th January you can still do so for any of our standard equipment listed on our online order form. As long as the “Notes” section is left blank the order will go straight through automatically without any processing required from our sales team. If you have a more complicated requirement we would urge you to contact us before 24th December; we will be able to accommodate your requirements.
The RapidSwitch Technical Support team will run as normal and will be available by telephone, email or ticket 24×7 over the festive season. The Technical Support team work very hard all year around so if you do give us a call on Christmas Day I’m sure they would welcome a “Merry Christmas” 🙂

The HideIpVPN Technical team will run as normal and will make sure that all servers are up and running.
