In order to improve our service we continue the procees of searching new, good servers in different location. The new US3 is part of this process.
Please give the new server a try and if you encounter any problems please open a ticket and let us know. Also please perform a Speedtest.net test and then post a comment to this post to tell us the results.
The new server is available only for premium accounts. Here are the necessary info to be able to connect to the new server:
- PPTP Connection: follow the tutorials for PPTP setup and use us3new.hideipvpn.com as host.
- OpenVPN connection: download the US3 Config file from the Downloads area and place it in the same folder as it is described in the OpenVPN setup tutorial.
- L2TP/IPSec Connection for Windows users: follow the tutorials for L2TP/IPsec setup and use us3new.hideipvpn.com as host.
- Proxy: use us3new.hideipvpn.com as proxy address and 81 as the port. Then setup up your browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome or Safari.
If you are located in China or in another country that blocks our website and you connect via the IP address of the server you will need to check the new IP addresses: http://billing.hideipvpn.com/knowledgebase/2/List-of-IP-address.html.
