If you are a customer of one of those 6 ISP’s in UK (Sky, BT, Everything Everywhere, TalkTalk, O2 and Virgin) you might have noticed problem with accessing some torrent sites recently. Now we know why! On 27.11 BBC has published some very interesting news. We have learned that High Court has ordered 6 biggest Internet Providers in UK to block access to over 53 sites and services. This means that list of all blocked sites in UK (blocking started in 2012) is now at 93.
32 requests were made by Picture Motion Association. The list of all blocked sites contains names like:
As you know HideIPVPN does not encourage you brake the law and to download copyrighted content. At the same time one has to now, that beside tons of “illegal” moves on such sites users were also able to find fully legal materials. In a way it is like closing down a shop, because it sells knives. It might also rise a question…. What about YouTube? We all know that not all its content is “legal”, however we also do know that it does belong to Google.
Nevertheless, we are here to tell you that even if you are customer of one of above mentioned ISP’s with our help you can access any site you want and make responsible decisions for yourself.
In order to unblock those sites all you need is a VPN plan. Once your computer connects to a VPN server your data is encrypted. Sites you visit are no longer visible to your ISP and if they are invisible how can they be blocked?
That is not the end of good news. As it happens we still have active (not for long now) Cyber Monday VPN & SmartDNS sale.
Now, you can get 50% OFF on all our VPN & Smart DNS plans. Please hurry as this offer will be over soon. VPN is the best way to unblock access to restricted content, hide IP and to stay anonymous online.
